ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will be processed from Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day for regular orders. If you paid for Fast Processing, your order will be processed and fulfilled before regular orders and on the same day.
It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.
***At the moment, all TECHNOLOGY HEARING LLC's products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
TECHNOLOGY HEARING LLC is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
TECHNOLOGY HEARING LLC will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package
Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
TECHNOLOGY HEARING LLC reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
